Bulk operations on articles

Performing bulk operations on articles in your knowledge base can save time and streamline your content management process. Bulk operations allow you to update the status of multiple articles simultaneously, such as publishing or drafting them.

There are three actions which can be done in bulk:

  1. Delete.

  2. Change category.

  3. Change state.

Here's a guide on how to perform bulk operations on articles in your knowledge base:

Delete:

  1. Click on Articles tab from the left side panel on the neetoKB homepage.

  2. Select the check boxes of articles on which you want to perform bulk operations.

  3. Click on Take Action dropdown menu.

  4. Click on Delete.

  5. Click on Proceed.

Change category:

  1. Click on Articles tab from the left side panel on the neetoKB homepage.

  2. Select the check boxes of articles on which you want to perform bulk operations.

  3. Click on Take Action dropdown menu.

  4. Click on Change Category.

  5. Select the category to which you want to move the articles.

  6. Click on Proceed.

Change state:

  1. Click on Articles tab from the left side panel on the neetoKB homepage.

  2. Select the check boxes of articles on which you want to perform bulk operations.

  3. Click on Take Action dropdown menu.

  4. Click on Change State.

  5. Select Draft/Publish.

  6. Click on Proceed.
