neetoKB allows you to create and manage categories in the knowledge base and you can add multiple articles under those categories.
Categories are a way to organize articles in a knowledge base into logical groups. By creating categories, you can make it easier for you to find relevant articles and improve the overall usability of the knowledge base.
Here's a guide on how to create a category in your knowledge base:
Through settings page:
Go to Settings -> Manage Categories.
Click on Add New Category + icon.
Add your category name and select category icon from the category icon dropdown (Selecting category icon is optional).
Click on Save Changes.
